- Socket Preservation: Timing is everything. When a tooth is extracted, the surrounding bone begins to disappear immediately. We place a small bone graft into the empty socket at the time of extraction to “freeze” the bone level and prevent collapse.
- Sinus Lift (Sinus Augmentation): The upper back jaw often has very thin bone near the sinus cavities. We carefully “lift” the sinus floor and add bone, providing the necessary height for implants in the molar region.
- Ridge Augmentation: If the jaw “ridge” is too narrow or too short, we perform augmentation to restore its natural contour. This ensures your final dental work looks natural and is easy to clean.
