Millie – General Manager
Millie is our General Manager, she is native from Habana Cuba but raised in Miami, FL.
Millie oversees all aspects of our office. She is the head of our dental team and is committed to providing personalized attention to your dental needs about treatment or financial arrangements. Additionally, she serves as the point person between the doctor, staff, and patients.
Millie keeps Love Your Jaws Surgery Center current and professional while providing a warm and friendly environment.
Millie has over 25 years of experience in this area. Additionally, she will help you unravel the complexities of your insurance coverage and maximize your benefits. Millie will file your claims and assist in resolving all problems related to third-party payer.
In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, taking night walks near the ocean and spending time with friends and family.
Joselyn – Surgical & Anesthesia Assistant
Joselyn is a dentist from Guayaquil, Ecuador. She moved to the USA in 2019 and has worked as a surgical & anesthesia assistant in the oral surgery field.
She is eager to be a part of a dental team that exhorts a warm smile and heart. Prioritizing the patient first and making sure the visit is inviting, relaxing and positively impactful is her goal every day as a dental assistant.
In her spare time she studies for her dental boards to revalidate her dental license in the USA, she enjoys the simple things in life with good food, family & friends.
Claudia – Surgical & Anesthesia Assistant, DAANCE Certified, Certified Dental Implant Robotic Coordinator
Claudia is a dentist born and raised in Columbia-South America. She came to the USA in 2000 and since then has worked in the Oral and Maxillofacial field as a Certified Dental Assistant with DAANCE certification.
She joined our practice in 2021 as a member of our surgical team. Claudia’s favorite part of her job is making genuine connections with patients and helping to improve their oral and overall health.
During her time off, she loves spending time with her family, taking walks on the beach and enjoying her dogs.
Nora – Marketing Manager
Originally from Sofia, Bulgaria, Nora earned her degree in Public Relations from New Bulgarian University.
She is currently expanding her expertise by studying Behavioral Neuroscience at Florida International University. At Love Your Jaws Surgery Center, Nora is a key member of the creative team, where she applies her eye for social media trends to design and edit visuals that bring awareness to the brand.
In her free time, she is passionate about dogs and attending sporting and music events. She especially enjoys traveling and spending quality time in the company of her family and closest friends.
Helen – Patient Coordinator
Helen was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and raised in Los Angeles, California. She has called Miami home for about 20 years. Having visited many general dental offices over the years, this is her first time working within an oral surgery specialty – an experience she deeply values, describing the team as wonderful people who make patients feel truly cared for.
Outside of work, Helen enjoys watching television and staying active by cycling. An avid reader in her free time, she also has a passion for lifelong learning, regularly signing up for courses ranging from Italian to computer classes. She is currently pursuing Python and cybersecurity studies online at FIU.
Ashley – Virtual Assistant
Meet Ashley, our dedicated virtual assistant!
Ashley is available after hours and on weekends to ensure you always have the support you need. She is fully trained to help you book appointments and answer questions about your upcoming visit. If there’s ever a question she can’t quite answer, she will securely collect your contact information so our in-office team can reach out to you the moment we open.
With Ashley ready to take your call outside of regular business hours, you can rest assured that your voice is always heard.

Dr. Dimitrov is one of the few dual-certified specialists in Miami-Dade - holding board certifications in both Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) and Anesthesiology. This combination means a single trusted expert oversees every aspect of your care, from your first consultation through your recovery follow-up.
When you're at Love Your Jaws, you're treated by the doctor - not handed off to an associate or a rotating staff member. Every procedure - from a single wisdom tooth to a full-arch reconstruction - is personally performed by Dr. Dimitrov in our Miami surgery center.
